I never said it was a Dominant 7 chord.
What I said was...it can function as V7.

And if you read this again:

Other names for that chord can be:
Amaj7#9
Amaj7+9
Amaj7(aug9)


you can see that I am referring to that chord as a Major 7, and not a dominant 7.
So please, learn a little about reharmonization and chord functionality, before trying to correct me.
Someday I`ll play like in my dreams.
