First gig Highs

Though I have been playing for some years now, I have not done the gigging thing until once last year where I flopped Big time and I nearly give up playing and fell out with my beloved guitar.

But this week I played at the local "alternative" hang out the Green Room in Chesterfield. I chose to play classical guitar (kind of) during the monthly acoustic. I had less than ten minutes to play so I chose three pieces Iwas confident of. I F@**ed up a bit with a bag full of nerves that was makin me physically shake but I got through it.

I ended up playing four pieces because I thought it would be funny inbetween pieces to throw in Drag Racer (snooker theme tune) and it went down likw a cup of cold sick!

first gig nerves r a nightmare mate....just had mine...scared the lilfe out of me and that was just some club in chester....right dark and dim joint...but got thru it...like a cup of cold sick....lol
