i added 2 extra springs in it when i got it, deffinatly help the stability,and will check into the hot pups,
one of the things i dont like about it is ,lets say i play an e chord, when i stum the strings , it sounds like one of the strings isnt getting a good note, but i hold the chord just like i should, another example is , when i put a capo on a fret and strum, one of the stings isnt getting the note,like its not holding the string all the way down, ive moved it around on the fret and next to the fret and still it does it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there and thing i can do to get the notes to play easier?,kinda like i have to put the ninja death grip on them to get them to get the note right,, i am using the fender strings, and am considering a new set to try, but not sure whats best or good for my mexistrat, a pal of mine gave me a set of the ace frehley strings, i may try those when my fender strings need replaced,,,,,,,,,,,,,,p.s. any thoughts on the zoom gfx-1 effects processor? thanks again
