Your best bet would be to buy the individual effects pedals. They'll be more versatile, and sound a lot better.

BTW, if you have your dream guitar and amp, why mask the tone with effects? Just messin' with ya bud ;) I know some people are effects junkies just like some are amp junkies. We're all in search for "that" tone, and whether you need to use effects to get you there or not is up to you. Personally, the only effects I use are wah, chorus, delay, and reverb, but all are used very sparingly.
