need help with my wah pedal

now i have an elect guitar with a cube-60 as my amp the amp sound just beautiful however

when i hook my wah pedal to it i can never blend the chords together
but i know how to make the wah sound if anyone knows some like kool ways of useing a wah pedal i would like that very much.

oh yah i have a distortion pedal i use to but i have no clue if that matters or not.

it works perfectly now and i get really awsome chord rocken on this beast thanx guys
