the most ugly guitars are the following guitars,x-plorer,flying v,jacksons,ibanez gr's and everything else which doesnt hav a gibson or fender stamp on it.

no i mean that the gibson explorer and flying v are the two mistakes
that they have done, but i like the rest

man you must have the worst taste ever. i can't believe you just judge a guitar by the words stamped on it. why dont you just go buy a piece of plastic with gibson and fender stamped on it?

first of all, ibanezs are very beautiful. espescially the gems and the 7 string used by vai.

the jackson rr5 randy rhoads ,made of ivory, is in fact my favorite guitar.

you have got to have the worst taste man. you judge something by the tag on it. gibsons and fenders are not the best looking guitars in the world.

there are many luthiers out there that make and sell guitars with better quality wood with designs better than any american made stratocaster or any gibson les paul.

take the ed roman pearlcaster. its alot better looking than a strat.

i understand were not talking about the best sounding guitars, just the looks, but fenders and gibsons are PLAIN! you need to get out more.

Made of Ivory? or Ivory colored? I can hardly imagine the uproar if Gibson started slaughtering hundreds of elephants and rhinos to make guitars.

its from JACKSON man not gibson. and i think its probably ivory colored because it wouldnt have a good tone if it was made of ivory. hey who knows?

I admit my mistake. I think people would let Jacskon kill the rhinos though. So maybe it is made out of Ivory. :eek:

lol very funny. actually that was a custom made and it was waay back so yea.. that was "hip". its not so nice lookin now.

anyway i was talking about the jems they have now. i think theyre pretty good lookin and the handle adds character to the guitar. something unique and different. and the vine inlays...

now im back!
this is a question opinion, gibson and fender makes the guitars
that i like the most.

you know what? you're absolutely right. this IS an open opinion forum. so yes you were right. but that doesnt mean i wasnt. my opinion in this open opinion forum is that you have the worst taste and that gibsons and fenders arent all that great. but as a matter of fact i have owned 2 fenders and i didnt like them very well. i think gibsons and fenders are over-rated.

well maybe they are but who cares!
