I'm sure if you do a search this question has been posted a bazillion times, but the answer is practice, practice, practice.

When I learn a new chord, I start by doing it slowly making sure I am landing my fingers where they need to be and not accidently touching other strings. Then as I get better I can do it a little faster. After that, I can do it faster without looking. Before you know it you are a pro.

Just keep practicing until you get it.

try this. play the chord and make sure its sounds ok, then count to 4 (knock the guitar if you like) while you get into the other chord. if you cant do it in 4, make it higher. when you've successfully got to the other chord, try and do it in less time. keep going til you get it in 0 seconds :)
