i love my marshall mg15dfx £119, it decent distortion it goes pretty loud for a 15 watt amp three band equalizer, and four digital effects, reverb, chorus, delay, flanger, they can only be used individually thoug.Emulated line out and emulated headphone out and a cd input, 10 inch speaker. Distortion is very loud, clean is quite loud. Clean and distortion have seperate volume controls.
I love it but i wish id bought the next model up the mg30dfx its either £149 or £159 i can't remember, but its 30 watts, 12inch speaker i think , i think it might have a seperate 3 band equalizer for clean and distortion, i think 6 or 4 cant remember seperate digital effects of which two can be used simultaneously and a effects loop. I think a footswitch might be included aswell.
All tthe mg series has ffd which is ment to make it sound like a valve amp, dunno if it does but it makes it louder and the sound is great i use it all the time.
Line 6 spider 2 amps are also very good they many of the same feature but with a few more extras but they are more expensive the 15 watt version is £150 i think.
Personally i like my marshall better can get some lovely tones from it.
Hope that has helped you a little

I have a marshall mg50dfx which i love, and my friend has the mg30dfx. They are somewhat the same, but one clearly louder than the other. They have 4 digital effects...delay, chorus, flanger, and delay/chorus. Also, it has reverb aswell, with an FX level knob. The difference between the mg30 and 50, i believe, is that the 50 has a gain knob for the clean channel and a footswitch, which the 30 does not. I have played both, and in terms of sound, they are both very good amps.
