Has anybody ever used this speaker system or own one?

I bought one for myself and it works great except the satelite speakers turn themselves off after a couple of minutes of none use.
Which means the next time I go to play a song, or get an audio alert, the beginning gets cut off before the speakers have a chance to kick in again.

In other words, I'll get an audio alert that should have a voice saying "Printing Completed". But all I'll get is "... ing Completed"
Same thing with mp3 files. I have to start them to get the speakers working, then restart the song from the beginning so I don't miss anything.

Just wondered if anybody else has had any experience with these speakers and if this is a typical design problem or a defective set.
