The former of course being much more strat-like but pleasantly cheap, and again, you can just route out the neck. The latter has the pickup config but lacks a Floyd, which IMHO suck anyway.
actually the second guitar you posted only has a H/H not a H/S/H...

but it's a bit pricy, I mean, I will still need to have money left over to buy the new tuning machines, the new pickups, the sheilding material, and the various other things I'd be planning to do to it... of course, there is always this guitar:

which I know has a universal cavtity, and then I can do something cool to it like a diamond plate pickguard (doubt I'd actually do that, but it sounds cool in theory)
