The name of the mode was already said, it is a Phrygian Major.
Or any of the other scales and modes stated before.
Let me show you why a Locrian b4, is not correct.
Here is the generic formula for the Locrian mode:
[1-b2-b3-4-b5-b6-b7]
Now if you flat the fourth degree of the scale, you make it a diminished fourth. And the generic formula for the Locrian b4, otherwise known as Super Locrian, is as follows:
[1-b2-b3-b4-b5-b6-b7]
Using the second formula(Super Locrian), and starting on G, you get:
[G-Ab-Bb-B-Db-Eb-F]
The notes in bold(Bb)and(Db); are not compatible with the harmonized chords given at the beginning of the thread.
By the way, the Super locrian, can be thought as the seventh mode of the melodic minor scale.
