...dispite having a holder stuck to my guitar, and a capo that clips onto the headstock, I can never find a plectrum or capo when I want one? Is it just me?! I've search my room for days (organised chaos, I might not know where everything is, but I can categorically tell you where it ain't!) without joy - and I know for a fact I've dozens of plectrums in here, but I still can't find one...

Please tell me someone else has this problem. Or am I alone in the world destined to spend the rest of my life looking for equipment?!
Don't worry too much about me, ignore me long enough and I'll go away.

Nope, your not alone....I do that too. Kind of like the lost sock in the dryer thing. Where do those things get to?

I finally bought like 100 picks, so I can find one laying around somewhere without looking far.

They make pick holders...little things that you can put on your guitar with double stick tape and put your picks in. I have one on my main electric guitar and that helps...as long as i remember to put my pick back. It also helps to buy like 20 picks everytime u go to the music shop. It's great...when I clean my room I find like a million picks(plectrums).

that would be the capocaptor. they like to live near hot water heaters where it is warm and dark. not to be confused with the pickpocketeers. they tend to dwell behind your dryer. :D
