Groovy stuff. Just curious if you're double tracking any of the solo's or doing the harmonies on a second string.
I'm also curious about your setup. I do a few chord tapping solos:

.... and tend to lower the action, and use very light strings. Even then it requires some solid tapping to get the strings to sound. Are you using a compressor? Also, are you using a 'hair braid' thing wrapped around the open strings to stop them from ringing on.
