Again, this is a Slash chord.
It`s a Dmaj9 with a "G" on the bass.
It all begins with the "Dmajor sacale":
D.....E.....F#.....G.....A.....B.....C#.....D.....E.....
1.....2.....3.......4.....5.....6......7.......8.....9.....
Then you take every other note of the scale to make the Dmaj9 chord:
[D,F#,A,C#,E]
Then you add the "G" note, to be played on the bass.
