Stratacoustic

Hey all, just bought a fender stratacoustic, Im used to playing an Ibenez electric so im not so sure if the thing is set up correctly. Are the strings supposed to be so far from the frts or does the truss rod need adjusting? I get some buzz but not much, it just seems like i have to expound more effort to get the strings to not sound muted. Any help is appreciated :confused:

most acoustic guitars have higher action than an electric.
