Richie Sambora/Tony Rambola Wah Effect Pedal

Ive been trying to get this for awhile. Ive read that Richie uses at talk box for the "bow wow" sound on "Its My Life". I would really like to know what pedal he uses exactly and if it is possible to get a talk box pedal that doesnt involve any mics or tubes. Just guitar. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Theres also a very similiar sound on Godsmacks "I Stand Alone" and other Godsmack tracks. Anyone know what pedal that is? Thanks alot.

Well how else are you gonna get your guitar to talk with the tube/mic?...think about it..go all the way or don't bother.

Actually I seen a review about a pedal that does it in Guitar World I think they used Peter Frampton as an example. I can't see however how it could even compare to the real thing however. I don't remember what it was called cuz reading this post made me remember it. Good luck man look for it it's out there.

I've heard that the only thing Richie did to get that sound is that he just partially put part of the mic in his throat and made a low humming sound.
