You know what? I just looked it up, and it seems that my understanding of the term was limited simply to forced sexual acts. However, I think that that's what most people think of when they hear the term. That's why I find the coinage of the term "raped" to mean simply taken advantage of or violated inappropriate. It's another example of society's desensitization being reflected in language (e.g. "suicide", "cancer" being used as terms in sports).

Anyways, I guess I stand corrected. I think.
