I'm looking to buy a wah pedal that is versatile yet not outrageously expensive.

I swear by the Dunlop Zakk Wylde Wah pedal....It's the best sounding to my ears. And it's around $120 at SamAsh.
Check out my band:

Most every Wah that you look at is going to be in the range of 80-130 dollars... You really can't go wrong with any Wah from Dunlop. They make great products. The Zakk Wylde Wah is a very nice Wah... its basically a Dunlop Jimi Hendrix edition wah with a fazel inductor and a few other hot rodded electronics features... The Hendrix wah is a classic wah though... very versatile... The Q535 is a very versatile wah as well... and highly adjustable. I do recommend Dunlop wahs though... to me they stand out head and shoulders above the rest of them.
