I'm 36 and have been playing guitar since I was 9. Obviously music is my main interest and it is spread eaqually with my love for Karate, I tach martial arts and self defence classes, I have been training for 15 years.

Yes music on the radio today is tripe. But one of the most refreshing things I find is that younger players are out there. We have for a time I feel been under threat from these so called bands/groups that don't use guitars in their music. The guitar speaks louder than words, it has a lot more to say and is far more interesting than many.
While I'm sat here, Playin', I'm tryin' to free my mind!

hey Im 14 years old and Ive been playing guitar for about 8 years.
Ive played alot of latin soft rock with my classical guitar and I play alot of hard core punk and rock and I play a little blues.
I also like the outdoors and I love to hunt and fish but I am obsessed with playing guitar( it my life).
I own a ventura classical ocoustic, a Ibanez performance ocoustic, and a danelectro baritone guitar which is the ugliest mother in the planet (which is also why Im lookin to but a new electric guitar).

I'm 48, started playing 35 years ago. Saw Rory Gallagher play Birmingham Town Hall in '67, started playing semi-pro at 15 in '68, shared various bills with Rory, Free, Nazareth, East of Eden, Groundhogs,Earth (later Sabbath), Band Of Joy (Plant), and many, many seriously good local West Midlands bands in the UK. Retired in '72 due to woman trouble. Left hander, played custom Danelectro Longhorn with single humbucker (long gone) and Les Paul (still have) through pair Park 150w heads into Orange 4x12's. Now have l/h Ibanez custom 540 as well as Laney/ Vox combos, and thinking of working again, found Tascam 4 track ideal in sharpening old skills!
Any UK members remember Mother's Club in Eardington, Birmingham, or the Chequers in Cutnall Green? Got plastered there with John Bonham in '67!

I'm 41 and have been playing for about sevev years. I ply every day and whilst I may not be the rock god that I want to be it gives me great pleasure. I would like to play in a band sometime.
I played one gig with my mates band it was such a blast. Hang in there and keep playing don't worry too much about your grades just do your best.

I'm 16 and I've been playing for 4.5 years.

I love rock and roll almost as much as a hot woman on a cold day.
