Sell My Jackosn SL-2H Soloist????

Hey guys I just want some opinions here. I recieved a Jackson SL-2h a couple of years ago, and i really liked it at the time, but now i'm kinda not. I mean it's an awsome guitar but for one it only has two humbuckers so i can't really get all of the sounds i would like. Also it's a bit too metal looking (sounds lame but it's true) considering i'm falling into the blues and much mellower music now. So my question is do you think I should sell it and get something like a Fender American Deluxe HSS? That s-1 switching sounds pretty damn cool. Or do you guys know of any type of guitar that would suit my needs, from metal to blues to jazz, a nice mellow clean and a decently heavy lead sound plus the SRV neck/middle sound would be nice. Any help would grealtly be appriciated. Also if anyone's interested in my Jackson i can post some pics.

For as much versatility as it sounds like you need, strats cant be beat. Im sure others will have their opinion. I cant really say whether to sell or not but make sure u get your $$$ worth if you decide to sell.
