Hey everyone,
I have a 1972 Gibson LP deluxe that I bought with P-90's in it. I think it originally came with mini humbuckers, but they're long gone.

I'm looking for a richer, thicker sound (I play in a pop/rock group) than the P-90's offer, but I don't want to cut bigger holes in my axe to accomodate a full-size humbucker.

How can I get the rich tone of a full humbucker with a pickup that fits into a mini-humbucker slot??

Help!

At the risk of stating the obvious, there are quite a few companies that make mini-humbuckers.

Most of 'em, actually.
