I just subscribed and I cant get any videos to work becuz it says I need the latest version of flash. I got it like 3 times and I still cant watch videos...Whats the deal??

I don't use flash too often but I vaguely remember it has something to do with clearing your previous cookies.
Try deleting your web cache and cookies and reload the page from scratch.
Somebody had a previous post on this same subject that was answered by Jon, so you might try the search function too se if there's been some previous replies.
