the only semi-recent stuff i'd suggest you get is one hot minute...don't get anything newer than that. i'd also suggest avoiding blood sugar sex magic...but that's just me....lots of people loved that album...i think it was a kind of album where they sacrificed poppyness for the funk that's inside them.


edit, actually i'd say go for one hot minute if only because dave navarro is killer on the album.
