its really easy, if you are playing on the low E, its every fret until you get to the 12th fret, and then it starts from the beginning again, just an octave higher.

Example-
Open- E
1st Fret- F
2nd Fret- F#
3rd Fret- G


And so on up til you hit the 12th fret. Hope this helps :cool:
