Biloxi isn't local to New Orleans, if that is what you meant. I'm not condemning anyone, it's just really sad to see. Getting buisiness to enter New Orleans to gain money is an obvious step, but you can't disregard all those people who lost everything. I do firmly believe that the federal goverment should take action, just like they did in Biloxi.
