1. there is no god. at least not in the judeo-christian sense.
2. i dunno...the french quarter faired pretty well. everything sank as the years went on...the french quarter is probably the only safe area and is more than likely the eldest area because of that whole reason of being built in the right area....i mean it's lasted since the french settled there, right? well...the spanish.
3. nothing. it's pressure systems, yo. you can't just blow up clouds. and you can't blow up asteroids right now either as the person above me pointed out.
