Learn some scales!! play them over a simple chord progression then as u become more familure with them u will start to think of them musicaly rather than scaler :cool:
Akira says;
"i was expecting some 3476 string string skipping with some 23489172343 octave sweeps and some alt picking runs at 345734237623572bpm in 234872364781246164516th notes across your 2384723648724627348623478264 fret guitar"

A minor pentatonic - A,C,D,E,G will go nicely over A, D, and E or A5,D5 and E5.
My favourite jamming song in this Key is AC/DC - Powerage - track 8, up to my neck in U.

Try and play these notes where they appear on as much as the neck as you can, if you find a nice expression - work it to death
A mate once said to me ' it's all in the fingers ' and somehow it helped.
