a great exercise for finger stretching

a friend of mine told me this, he used to put the index and the middle finger of his right hand between the index and the middle of the left hand, the ring finger of the right between the middle and the ring of the left, and the pinky of his right between the ring and the pinky of his left hand and he was leaving his fingers like this for... hours, i had never thought of that and it helped me a lot,

I think I get it!

But the fingers dont get som much stretched??
Only the middle and index finger...

try all the combinations
1) !''!'!'!
2) !'!''!'!
3) !'!'!''!

and put the fingers of the right hand to the begining of the fingers of the left hand
!=finger of the left hand, '=finger of the right hand
(dont count the thumb)

and if you think it doesnt work try that for 6 hours, not a minute less, do that when you go to bed and leave your fingers like that while you are asleep, after a couple of weeks you will see the difference

gh.hjrjg,nrdrhn sorry i tried to keep my fingers in the postions and type at the same time. I tried that out and it does really work and it's fun to hear some stuff pop in your hands when you do it.

Great, I'll try that exercise right away.

I think it will be more efficient if you have warmed up pretty good before the "6 hour stretch" muscles and stuff are softer and easier to stretch when warmed up. Minimum length a muscle should be stretched is a half-minute, but the longer the better I think.

I'll try and sleep with my hands in that way tonight.
