I'm trying to recordmy recently completed Telecasters. I have an Audiophile 2496 soundcard and Windows XP.
Applications..Guitar Tracks Pro v 2.01, Cool Edit, Band In a Box.
In Guitar Pro I get a response but it is independant of the fader control. The volume sits at the one level ( and actually records) whether the fader is full on, full off, or anywhere else.
In Band in a Box I can't get anytrhing.
Cool Edit records but at a level almost impossible to hear.
Band in a Box would be good because I could noodle over a progression or two with existing backing rather than make my own or just record unaccompanied riffs.
Buy hey! I'll take anything that works!!
