Who has heard Robert Johnson. if you havent you should.
i think this guy was an amazing musician a songwriter and a guitarist
he played lead and rythem at the same time while he sang. i dont think i have ever heard someone with as much talent to do that. if you listen to his music closely you can hear him play a blues rythem with playing notes on the higher strings at the same time. its like hearing 2 guitars.

who else agrees with me

Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel, and everyone else that plays the fingerpicking style.

Robert Johnson is important, and he is THE blues guitarist as far as old delta blues goes, but the recording quality on his stuff turns me off. Hell, it was a long time ago.
I want the bomb
I want the P-funk!

My band is better than yours...
