have a chord progression ... where to now?

i was messing about after a jam session and have a few progressions i want to use to make a song. I wanted to know how i could do so. What i have so far is this

Thats already a song. If you want to make it better, just jam a bit more and you will get it right.
You should first put your song in the order you want it. Intro Chorus Bridge etc.
Then you should think of some lyrics to go with it.
Then record it and improvise if nessecary, then have a final mixdown an wala... you have a song!

any help?

When it comes to writing tunes, i usually start with a few chords, establish the key and usually keep it to a straight 32 bar format, of course you can use a key change for the bridge or even the chorus, i then use the underlying melody for the rhythm and beat, this can also be changed at any time, i might write two or three versions of the same tune and take the best for the finale product.
