Basically, I think you need to be a member in good standing for a period of time... like 6 months or a year with a good number of posts. You have to have enough brains to be able to deal with people on a professional level and be dedicated enough to stick with it.... ie, a regular reader who hangs around here a lot and reads a whole bunch of posts.
