hey i have a clasiccal guiar and need help

hey i'm new and i got a classical guitar as a starter
i was just wondering if any of you guys knew any good tutorial websites? :)

a good place to learn anything is on this website. they have classical guitar lessons, if you want to start from there, but im guessing you wont. its less gratifying becasue no one knows what your playing, and most people who first start playing guitar want to play songs for their friends. granted, thats alot of people.

when i want a tab for a song, i just go to google.com (its my homepage, makes it even easier) and type for instance "hit the lights guitar solo by metallica" or whatever, and it comes up with anythying that matches that query. its much better than surfing a single site, because they might not have it, or might have an inferior version that you can find on another site. just go to google, type "seven nation army guitar tabs" and tons of links will come up.

but i can't read/play tabs :o
the only part song i can play is part of smoke on the water and i got that from schmange

most guitar tab sites have a page where they tell you how to read tab which is easy anyway! my favourite site is www.mxtabs.net and it has 7 nation army ;)

its a easy song when you get the hang of it. just keep working!

and this site has lessons on reading tabs if you need it!

i can read tabs when theres jus the 1:
1-------
2-------
3-------
4------
5--1----333
6--------

but after that when it starts doin stuff like:
1---3---
2---3---
so on and so forth
i get confused

that just means to play it at the same time. like, an A minor would be tabbed as follows:
-0--
-1--
-2--
-2--
-0--
----

this tab notation would imply that you hit all these notes at the same time.
