Right then. I assume you already know how to do touch and natural harmonics? If not visit the lesson on this site.
To do a pinch harmonic find the strongest point of natural harmonic on your guitar (above the pick-ups not on the fret board).
When you have done that, place your thumb at the top of the string and your pick at the bottom, with only a bit sticking out.
Then give it a twist downwards.
It'll take some practice to get it right. It should squeeelll!

try choking up the pick a little bit!!! some of the flesh of the picking hand will touch the string as well!!! Begin picking right over the guitar pickups and move up and down the length of the string!!!! Distortion will also help!!!! If you can get a copy of ZZ Top's song "La Grange" that song has perfect examples of pinch harmonics!!! Cheers!!! Let it burn!!!

Zakk Wylde is Teh Master of pinch harmonics.. listen to some of the newer Ozzy Osbourne songs that Zakk plays in..
There are many other guitarists that does this though.. but I don't think I've heard Randy Rhoads do it..
