i hope this applies to this forum; if not, sorry. the last few months ive really been interested in ways to warm up easier than grabbing a guitar on distortion in the morning. ive looked into the gripmaster a little bit, and ive heard good feedback (obviously, its just a damn springboard for excersising your fingers) but ive heard stuff about carpal tunnel aggrivation too. i understand that guitar in itself aggrivates wrist pain, but is there anything to look out for when using finger workout tools like that? anyone that uses/has used them, why did you stop using them, ect. any feedback. im a pussy, and i remember pulling a tendon in my wrist which basically put me out of playing guitar for over a week, which was hell. feedback!
