for me it was hendrix with, all along the watchtower and voodoo chile (slight return)
To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

Me! I remember the first time I heard myself on tape, after playing for less than six months, I thought to myself, "Damn, I really blow,". :)

It was definetely KIRK HAMMETT,when i heard him first time playing "One" solo. That did it for me.I also think there are lot`s of great players like Yngwie,Hendrix,Page,Blackmore,Slash etc.-but still Kirk is my favourite and unreplaceable.

It wasn't really a guitarist that blew my mind, but a bassist. The legendary Cliff Burton of Metallica(god rest his soul.) He just totally blew my mind. He was the **** of all ****s. I swear, this man was god. If there was a god, it was Cliff Burton
