Sorry but......Dimebag vs. Hammett

I feel that this comes down to an issue of personal preferance. Dime was absolutely the better of the two as far as technique. But kirk is no slouch himself. Just because a solo is easy to play does not mean that it only appeals to beginners. Ask your self "Could I have written that?" A good solo is just as memorable as the song it's self, and actually takes the song somewhere. I personally enjoy both guitarist's work, and they each have their moments..good and bad.
