sweep picking plunks

i'm quite new to sweep picking and was wondering if enybody had some pointers, my current problem is that when I go full speed my fingers dont completely lift off the string making an un-wanted pull off, any tips on training my fingers to do so? (yes i already know practice practice practice and I think 6hrs a day should be plenty)
