Hey, im a self tought guitarist. So i have some technique problems. But i am in no way a begginer. Im trying to play some iron maiden licks, and i cant get my pull-offs to resonate on the upper fret register. . Is it because my bolt on neck of the fender strat. or my finger technique. Im thinking my pull off technique so if anyone can give me pointers i would be happy to hear them -

The notes don't sustain as well in the higher register.... you'll need to pull down like CW14 says....
