Hiya all!! I stumbled onto this site and figured I'd sign up...I love guitar forums 'cause they're a great source of info when you need it quick. I'm 31 and have been playing for about 16 years. My main influences are Joe Satriani, George Lynch, and Kirk Hammet, but my listening range is WIDE with exception to jazz and hip-hop...just can't get into those. I look forward to getting to know you guys and maybe be a little source of info myself if I can.

hey dude, this forum rocks! we all love it here...and hopefully you will too. as with the getting to know people here...umm...I am 19, been playing for about 6 years and my main influences are Dire Straits (Knopfler) Pink Floyd(Gilly) and then a whole lot of metal and hard rock...also I love A perfect Circle, Tool and Nine Inch Nails (who I saw three times in the last two weeks!...so nah!)
anyway,just some advice...stay away from Cryptic Excretions...he is mine!

I am new to this forum too, but the welcome that these folks gave me has made think that this is one of the better forums on the net. I haven't seen any bitchin', moanin', or whining, just friendly folk sharing what they can. You will like it here.
