hi everybody.

I just joined about a week ago. I thought I would introduce myself to everyone. my name is tom. and i am looking forward to learning as much as i can,since i can't seem to teach myself to play. i've been at it for at least five years. with that said i still sound like a beginner.


PLEASE HELP! :confused:

Hi Tom,

You're in the right place. I myself am new to the guitar (only a couple of months) and I can honestly say that this is a terrific community full of very knowledgable and friendly people who will answer just about any question you can come up with.

Yep, welcome. I've been playing about 12 years and like you I think I could be alot further than I am for that long. Of course none of us should ever get too content with our skills, but hey that's why we're here.

Woah this site is more than a forum *spins in confusion*.
