There are lots of good videos. Don't worry about searching for the perfect one. I have a number and I take the view that if I get a single good point out of a video, its been worth the money to me. But of course you will get more than one thing out of any video. Try Keith Wyatt's videos. He's a good teacher with a very sympathetic manner. I've used his acoustic blues video and his electric blues video. I watched the electric blues one when I was just beginning and found the whole thing difficult. But, as time went on, I got better. You can't use a video as a magic bullet. You use it as a guide, and you practice, play, noodle, practice, fiddle, never let the guitar out of your hands while you're awake. By the time I bought the acoustic blues video I was already a better player and I got a whole lot out of it. Good luck, and don't feel you're on a time table or that if you buy a dud video you taking a step back. It's just a video and you're going to be playing for your whole life! :D
