Help on lowering the action

heres a pic of my guitar = Fender start pack (i regret getting it)

Heres a pic of how far the strings are from the fretboard

i was wondering if anyone had a fender squire and/ or could tell me if it is possible to lower the action alot and is it even possible to play fast with the action so high like that? if the pics dont work then ill try again

the pics don't work because they are in your computer... you would need to put them on the internet in order for us to view them. try something like www.photobucket.com to host the images so you can get them on the net. as for action, there should be some thing on the bridge that you can stick an allen wrench into to lower/raise the action.

Yes, that can be fixed.

However, at this point, you have no business adjusting it yourself. Take it to a guitar shop you trust and tell them you need the action adjusted. It will cost you a little, but a lot less than a new neck or a new guitar.

If they do their job right, it should be worth every penny.
