Ya wanna lose weight?
I lost 20 lbs since March and still muched out on stuff like ice cream and cookies, hamburgers etc....

all ya gotta do is buy low fat cheese, bake our own bread in a breadmaker.
Buy Mustard, a head of lettuce once every few days apples, croutons, low-fat dressing like italian and ceaser vinegraite.

Now eat nothing but the above every day.
Like breakfast, have an apple. for lunch have a salad with all the stuff above including the croutons... then scarf down a crap load of water.
A few hours later have an apple.
If you get the munchies later, have 3 slices of thin cheese, a slice of thin toast, some mustard and 12 thin slices of cucumber.

Seriously... I lost 29 lbs in about a month.
And on weekends you can go nuts on Ice cream, beer and hamburgers..


It seriouly works as long as you don't cheat. Like no mayo, or gravy or sauces.
On weekends you can have French Onion soup and Pizza made on pita bread.

And you can cheat and eat donughts and cake as long as you revert back to the diet in a few days.
