HELP ME IVE JUST GOT an electric guitar and i havent a clue what to do what should i start with? cheers :eek:

A wise investment would be a electronic ( plug in ) Tuner ( battery operated), Seiko, or Epiphone are good, in this Country UK they start at about 15 pounds, and a beginners tuition book................not forgetting some picks.

Try this way: pick your favourite song, and try everything you can to play it like you hear it from the CD, it'll take a big effort and probably a lot of time, but at the end you'll be satisfied and ready for the next step ;)

If u r new 2 the electric guitar then initially just experiment by yourself to get the feel of the guitar . U will definitely find it easier than the acoustic

here´s a little advice:
try to learn simple songs for example the beatles, this songs not only teach you the basics of tecnike, also you learn about songwriting ansd the better thing you have fun playing them.

also get the pentatonic scale (minor and mayor) and open/barre chords.....

......... there´s alot of work on that
