acoustic

I have only been playing acoustic for a while.....anyone give me some pointers.I know some songs but, seem to fall into the same strumming patern alot...Any suggestions

It seems like an easy habbit to break but then again everyone learns different. I'm not one to give the best advice but I would recommend practice and try to be crative. Maybe pick up a song book with different strumming patterns.
