depends what you mean:

Any chord which doesn't use the low E string (open d for example) obviously remains exactly the same - like wise with any moveable shape with it's root on the fifth string.

Any barre chord shape with it's root on the sixth string will need you to move the root note up a tone (2 frets) to compensate for the altered tuning. Example - You can play a G power chord by fretting the E, A and D strings at the fifth fret:

E----------x
B----------x
G----------x
D----------5
A----------5
D----------5

instead of the position in standard tuning:

E----------x
B----------x
G----------x
D----------5
A----------5
E----------3

whatever chord you want to play, once you've de-tuned you'll need to fret the D string 2 frets higher than you would have when it was E....

So your example below would be:

e--------X
b--------5
g--------7
d--------5
a--------5
D--------7
