I wouldn't try and rely on pre-rehearsed antics...more important is just a sincere energy. People can see through "acts" and they get old quick. I'm not saying just stand there with a grimmace though either. I dunno, that penile whammy does sound most impressive though. Maybe if you solve the rubicks cube with your penis, then used the cube for some scratches and slides? This act might be a disaster though if you're flacid...so have some hot groupies on hand.
