Don't do it if it's making you angry. Typically people get tense and determined when they're angered in such a manner but that just apts them to make more mistakes than they were before. Just take a break and come back later and you'll probably be somewhat surprised, given that you still take practicing and time into consideration. And regarding the short attention span...
