That Line 6 Flextone II amp is a great little amp. If it ends up not being loud enough, you have 2 options... You could run it's line out into the PA, or you could get an extension cabinet for it to give you and extra speaker. I'd say go for it, because you just can't beat it's versatility, but I would make sure that that particular model has an external speaker out though.
